Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Indiana and Illinois. I have been providing therapeutic services for 10+ years. I have experience with IP psychiatry, Intensive Outpatient group therapy and individual therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals feel empowered in the management of psychological distress and symptom management. I have worked with many individuals with a variety of mental health obstacles and enjoy working with individuals in their growth journey.
In the first session, we will spend time getting acquainted with one another. Then, we will talk about the specific challenges. This will be beneficial in building specific treatment goals.
Having worked with adults for the past 10 years, I have found coping strategies that enable individuals to feel empowered.
I am passionate about helping individuals learn new coping strategies to help them reach their goals.
The treatment consists of the person learning new coping strategies to have more control over thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This is an effective tool in learning
