I have a compassionate, creative approach to therapy and will use experiential, evidence based strategies including mindfulness, emotion regulation, music and somatic exercises.

I love working with teens, young adults and adults seeking to build a more peaceful, authentic life that is in alignment with their values. I have a special passion for supporting foster and adoptive families as they build secure attachments and cope with loss and trauma. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy in partnership with Journey Clinical.
