I have been working in direct therapy practices for over three years and take a collaborative approach to my work with clients. I am a Florida native. In my free time, I enjoy photography, painting, and spending time with my family. My favorite part about being a therapist is being a part of the client’s journey.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I am passionate about guiding others to healthy coping and self-liberation through empowerment and confidence. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping others reach their goals. The decision to enter into therapy is a very personal one. If you’re interested in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy you have come to the right space. Here you can feel confident about your life and decisions as we work together to change them. The main benefit of therapy is that it enables patients to find a resolve to the concerns or issues that caused them to look for therapy. While we work together you will feel lighter, more confident, and improved.
