Life can take us in different directions and it’s okay to seek help to navigate life.
I have experience with various issues that arise in daily life. I have worked and completed successful therapy with ages 12 and up.
I am here to help, here to lend you a hand to help through these difficult and confusing times. I'm here to help you navigate through any situation. This is a no judgment zone, a safe space to be yourself.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session is an introduction of where you are at the moment, and what brought you in to therapy.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Connection with the client makes the difference in a successful outcome. Commitment will enable us to work better and efficiently.

My treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected and negative thoughts and behaviors can be learned and unlearned. Most importantly therapy can help us to identify and change our negative thoughts and behaviors.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
This is a therapy method that helps individuals, couples, and families manage their emotions and improve their relationships. is to help people restructure their emotional responses to help strengthen their relationships. EFT can be adapted for individuals (emotionally focused individual therapy /EFIT) or for families (emotionally focused family therapy/EFFT). EFT draws from the fundamental tenets of other therapeutic approaches, including attachment theory, family systems therapy, and Gestalt therapy. The three stages of EFT are de-escalation, restructuring, and integration1. The goals of EFT are to increase emotional awareness, self-regulation, and interpersonal bonding.
