As a parent or caregiver, seeing your child struggle with mental health challenges, behavioral issues, loss or trauma can be confusing and overwhelming. Mental health challenges are widespread among our children and can seriously affect their quality of life. However, with therapeutic intervention, children can learn to communicate feelings, cope with challenges, and develop problem-solving skills that will help them to thrive in all areas of their lives.
