My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy technique is my favorite tool in treatment planning, it helps me to tailor clients treatments to meet their unique goals and needs. I use CBT to help clients to recognize how their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors influence their emotions and actions.

Motivational Interviewing

MI is beneficial to engage clients in treatment and keep them motivated for change. I use it to build rapport, introduce change talk, deal with ambivalence, empower clients, and keep them engaged/committed throughout their treatment process.
