Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This treatment modality is proven to be effective with those experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety/panic disorders, mood disorders, phobias, anger issues, and relationship issues. CBT helps with compartmentalizing one's current thought, identifying how their current thought process is negatively impacting their psychological wellbeing and identifying effective ways to change the distorted thought and behavioral patterns.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

This treatment modality supports that innate tendency that all humans have the desire to become the absolute best version of themselves. It is through this modality that my clients learn to identify their inner strengths and capabilities in order to implement the change needed to improve their self-esteem, reduce codependency, holding themselves accountable, and effectively face and cope with life's challenges.
