Greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing therapy services to diverse individuals. I have provided clinical services in various therapeutic areas, such as shelters, inpatient/outpatient hospitals, and schools. In doing so, I work with clients with multiple concerns, including parenting, depression, school problems, and trauma, to name a few. I provide trauma-informed care with experience addressing grief, community violence impact, etc.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will do introductions. We will use this as an opportunity to get to know each other. I may ask you questions about your symptoms, what brought you to therapy, and some questions about your life history. We will also come to an agreement about the logistics of future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a variety of clients for over 20 years, I have developed a solid understanding of proven strategies and techniques to help my clients identify their strengths and challenges, while identifying the root causes of their concerns. Ultimately, I skillfully tailor a plan that leads to measurable and sustainable results.
