What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start to get to know each other and explore the challenges you are facing. Then, we will work together to create a plan specifically for you to work through in upcoming sessions.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my counseling practice. This method has many different techniques that I love which include Cognitive Restructuring, Guided Discovery and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy among many others.
