About me

I've got in-depth professional and personal experience with trauma and neurodivergence, and I'm well aware of the overlap with these experiences. I'm also an Eating Disorder Informed Professional. Through my own therapy, educational and professional training, I've reached a point at which I'm able to help others to grow and improve their lives. I work with clients to identify core thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that are holding them back, and we clarify specific skills they can work on to take more control over their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The intake session is going to be full of questions to gather more information about you and your goals, as well as a discussion of diagnoses. The goal is to gain understanding. We'll also build our schedule.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm comfortable with just about everyone, understanding, and ask good questions. I like to summarize and simplify individual storylines to make everything seem a little less overwhelming and more manageable. I'm very action-oriented and will get in deep with you, whether it's sitting through difficult emotions as we process experiences, guiding visualization activities, or doing pushups (anything but burpees) with you to get you started towards efforts to become your best self.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My dream clients have been through some things, and may have a hard time putting their thoughts to words. They likely identify as neurodivergent, and may struggle with taking action due to being stuck in their heads. They are ready to stop thinking and start doing.
