About me

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW in California. I have been working with teens, young adults, and older adults for the past 8 years. I work with those that have anxiety, depression, a trauma history, and difficult life transitions. I am solution focused and work on helping support and identify ways to overcome difficult situations one might be experiencing.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will have brief introductions, identify presenting concerns, and go over some background information. I will go over what to expect from therapy and the type of modality that will be applied for treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with young kids all the way to adults. I have worked with families and individuals, helping them to work through the difficult situations that cause them to seek out services.

I work with people that are in different stages of help for treatment. I like to help people to identify their triggers and provide suggestions for coping strategies. I enjoy working with people that already have insight into what they need help with and have goals and direction.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used CBT to work with those that have anxiety. Applying this technique allows the client to understand how their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings are connected and can influence patterns. We will identify on these recognized patterns and work towards changing them to decrease anxiety and stress.
