(she/her)
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating grief, or seeking support during life transitions, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with 7 years of experience helping individuals and families build resilience and find meaning—even in the most challenging circumstances. I have a variety of experiences ranging from school aged children to aging and terminally ill adults and their families. I help children and adults resolve issues and improve overall wellness. I assist older adults in addressing the changes and challenges of aging and to find a purpose at each stage of life. I believe healing happens in relationships. My role is to offer one that’s consistent, safe, and grounded in compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you through whatever you're facing and to help you uncover your own strength.
In our first session, I’ll take time to really understand what brought you here. This may include your experiences, your hopes and your challenges. Together, we’ll set goals that feel right for you, and I’ll offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I am a compassionate and empathic provider. I am eager to help you navigate your challenges, big and small with patience and care. I help you to set goals and achieve them in a comfortable but productive environment.
I love working with children to help them navigate school/learning issues, coping skills and relationships. I also enjoy working with adults to help them identify their strengths and utilize them to promote positive outcomes in their lives. My clients are often anxious to take the step to improve their lives but need some guidance to do so.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We’ll explore how your thoughts shape your feelings and behavior as well as practice tools to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I have utilized Mindfulness to help clients find peace by connecting their bodies and brains. Body scans, mindful breathing exercises, guided meditation and yoga/movement are some of my favorites!
Narrative
Together, we’ll examine the stories you’ve been told or tell yourself and rewrite them in a way that empowers rather than limits you.
