What you can expect from our first session ... We may meet for a 15 minute consultation session to determine if we are the right fit to begin your treatment. Every individual has the capacity to achieve a life worth living. I strive to empower my clients to develop the skills & resources they need to succeed. My experience has provided me with the knowledge, expertise, & empathy necessary to support clients. Together, we will work on strategies that allow addressing the root causes of difficulties.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One moment that solidified my desire to become a therapist was seeing firsthand how many youths feelings were dismissed and their behaviors unfairly accused by adults in their lives. I knew I wanted to be a listening ear and advocate for these individuals, and has been committed to that goal ever since. My expertise lies in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Client-Centered therapy.
