Hi there, I'm Katrina. I am a licensed professional counselor and I want to work with you to decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health difficulties by using evidence-based treatment. Together, we can determine what works best for you to get you back to balance. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, but I approach therapy from a holistic approach addressing the needs of the mind and body. I want to help you work through relationship issues, decrease anxiety and depression, work through trauma, and empower you to begin healing.
