Going through tough experiences is hard enough. Going through tough experiences while feeling alone and unconnected can be even more daunting. I take a person-focused approach, where you are the expert in your life. I integrate play with the therapeutic alliance while treating several disorders including depression and anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Walk through this tough journey with someone on your team, you don't have to do this alone.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we will get to know each other and learn what your goals for therapy are. From there a culturally sensitive treatment plan will be developed to help you achieve your goals for therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I believe in working in collaboration with you, where together we determine how I can best help you. I am passionate about empowering clients, helping them regain control over their lives and giving them tools that can be incorporated into their daily lives. I believe in working on issues you have identified while also building on the strengths you already have. Each client is unique and therefore each approach to therapy is unique. I use a wide variety of treatment methods including trauma-based methods, worksheets, mindfulness, art therapy, and play therapy (and many more).

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I would identify my biggest strength as being able to connect quickly with my clients. I like sessions to be a relaxed, casual experience where you are welcome to come as you are. Here you are accepted for your unique self and all are welcome. You don't have to go through this alone. I have worked with clients from many backgrounds, primarly working with those who identified as Asian, Hispanic,
