I believe life is a series of transitions within relationships, sexuality, identity, school, spiritual growth, and careers. During these transitions success coaching and therapy can be a source of support, discovery, prevention, healing, and skill building. I think of success coaching and therapy as a place to gather tools. These tools can help you identify your feelings, better understand yourself, manage uncomfortable and sometimes challenging emotions, and develop better habits. When you're feeling confused or stressed therapy can be the place where you don't have to know all the answers, can be vulnerable, and find support while also building skills and finding clarity. My success coaching teaches the skills, techniques, and strategies necessary to prevent mental health breakdowns and build success resilience necessary to achieve long-term career and/or life goals. My Areas of Specialization I am culturally-centered and sex positive. I work with adolescents (13-18) and adults (19+). I specialize in anxiety, depression, treating trauma, working within LGBTQIA+ community, sex and sexuality, monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, and entertainers and entrepreneurs. I provide an affirming space to work with individuals. I have experience working in individual and residential settings utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychotherapy. I utilize methods that specifically benefit each client.
