Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I really admire you for taking it. I take a warm, straightforward approach to our work together, creating a space where you can talk openly and feel supported without judgment. We’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your pace, and work together to better understand what you need and how to move toward a more fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our initial session, we will begin with brief introductions and discuss the reasons that brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your background and identify the goals you hope to achieve through treatment. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process to ensure that our time together feels comfortable and supportive.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist come from a variety of life experiences that have helped me better understand different cultures and backgrounds. This allows me to tailor my approach to fit the unique needs of each person I work with, which often leads to better results. I focus on a few specific areas, giving me the chance to specialize and provide targeted support. Alongside my clinical training, I’ve also completed courses and workshops in leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational behavior, and process improvement. These skills come in handy when working with people dealing with work-related stress and relationship challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting adults as they navigate career-related challenges. Whether you're facing difficulties with time management, workplace burnout, interpersonal conflicts, relationship issues, or considering a career transition, I can help you develop the skills and insights needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core part of how I work with my clients. CBT helps you notice and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, so you can build healthier ways of coping and make real, positive changes in your life. I customize CBT techniques to fit your unique situation because I believe that therapy should be as individual as you are. My goal is to support and empower you to face challenges and improve your overall well-being.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you become more accepting of your current situation, develop mindfulness skills, and find new ways to create meaningful change. This approach can be especially helpful if you’re dealing with career-related stress or anxiety, as it encourages flexibility in how you respond to challenges and tough emotions. Together, we’ll work on building your resilience so you can move forward with greater confidence and focus on what truly matters to you.

Strength-Based

I take a strengths-based approach, working with you to uncover the personal strengths and qualities you already possess. Focusing on these strengths can be incredibly motivating and uplifting, helping you build confidence and improve your self-esteem. By recognizing and using what you’re already good at, we can empower you to overcome challenges and make meaningful progress toward the changes you want to see in your life.
