Hi there, I’m Stephanie! A little bit about me is that I have approximately five years of clinical experience. In 2016, I graduated from Shippensburg University with my bachelors degree in psychology and then continued at Shippensburg University to receive my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling graduating in 2018. I have worked in and with several different treatment modalities and settings with different populations to include inpatient behavioral health treatment with teens and adults in a psychiatric inpatient setting, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse counseling, and prison work. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc., I am here to help teach and help you utilize coping strategies that emphasize mindfulness and balance in your life. Seeking therapy can be scary but it is my goal to make you feel comfortable and at ease while opening up in a safe and controlled environment. I look forward to working together.
My hope is that each and every one of my clients takes away at least one thing from each session. My goal is to build autonomy and increase self-esteem and awareness for feelings and emotions in a healthy manor.
I tend to gravitate towards cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused techniques when working with my clients. I also enjoy utilizing holistic approaches to health and wellness and have an interest in helping athletes with performance anxiety.
I feel as though my biggest strengths are that I’m kind, compassionate, and empathetic with all people I come in contact with not just my clients. Playing and coaching collegiate basketball has helped me in my passion for helping athletes work through performance anxiety and adjustment issues.

Stephanie immediately put me at ease and made conversation effortless. I often worry if someone will truly care, but with her, that concern disappeared. She drew from her own experiences, gave knowledgeable feedback, and helped me think more clearly. It was obvious she was listening and genuinely invested. If you want a therapist who is compassionate, understanding, and truly committed to helping, Stephanie is the one.
