We will begin with a thorough assessment that helps me understand you and the issues you would like to address. I believe in a collaborative approach that enables you to actively contribute and guide the therapy sessions. You will also have frequent home work to support therapy sessions.

I use a variety of evidence based modalities. Whether it is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing or simply using Mindfulness, you will get individualized treatment that will directly address your needs.
