New clients continue care with this provider

Hello, I am an LCSW along with being EMDR certified. I received my BA in Psychology from Rowan University in 2002. I graduated with my Master's degree in social work and counseling in 2006 from Rutger's University. In 2014, I received my EMDR II certification from the EMDRIA Institute. I later received my certification to do clinical supervision. I have been working in the field for over 15 years.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

With empathy and discernment, together, we can make sure you live a more peaceful life, make positive changes, and truly smile daily.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength is empathy. I have an ability to empathize and desire to help a client reframe and feel better about him or herself with a positive outlook

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My number one goal, is to help each client become the best version of him or herself. The ups and downs in life, at times, seem nearly impossible to conquer on our own. Our mental health impacts our sleeping patterns, eating habits, it also may impact our physical health. If we address our emotional needs, we can decrease our physical pain or possible medical concerns. I look forward to working with you as you heal in your journey. My focuses include trauma resolution, childhood neglect/abuse, building self-confidence, relationship issues, life transitions, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, dramatic powerless life changes, and anger management
