What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session, I will introduce myself and provide you with a short narrative of the way I work. Then, you will have the space to share the challenges that you are facing and what you expect from our sessions. The information that you share will help to create a tailored plan for us to work in the follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In the last 7 years, I have working with clients from all walks of life. I have been able to help them identify the root of the problem and provided support for self-understanding. With this approach, I have provided hope and encouragement for the difficult times. These are my greatest strengths as a therapist.
