I am a warm therapist who used positive techniques to help you make changes in your life. I have lots of experience with clients with multiple problems as well. I work with clients who have anxiety, depression, addiction problems. Many of my clients are adjusting to changes in their family or job. I will help you make those adjustments in your life.
I will be letting you tell me what is going on with you and what you would like to see change. As part of my intake, I will ask questions about your family situation and childhood. I want to know about any past treatment and what works or did not work for you. I will listen carefully to understand what you would like to see improve in your life.
I am a warm and supportive therapist with great deal of experience with military experience, issues of young people today, and facing challenges as we get older. I am a specialist in addiction and the effects on the family. I can help with loss issues , loss of family, friends and even pets.
I would like to help clients that are feeling overwhelmed in their present situation with symptoms of depression, anxiety or substance or alcohol misuse. I often help clients make transitions through situations such as divorce, job changes, or bereavement. I am very familiar with the military and worked for years with clients leaving the military for civilian life.
