Hello! I am a licensed therapist practicing in Pennsylvania and working with a variety of clientele. I work with a variety of ages, from anyone from 12 and above. I'm also willing to work afternoons, weekends, and evenings to meet anyone where they need to be, should that be needed. I use a variety of treatments to meet my clientele where they are emotionally and developmentally. I tend to work with several mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, and various personality disorders. I also work well with adjustment disorders, as well as trauma. Clients can expect a friendly, non-judgmental environment where they can be who they are. They can expect a variety of treatment modalities being used in session to ensure that needs are being met, and they can expect a warm, accepting environment where they can be confident that treatment is guided by their needs.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I tend to use CBT, Reality Therapy, Choice Theory, and Existential Therapy techniques, as well as Person-Centered Therapy techniques.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest strengths come from my flexibility and understanding. I am willing to accept everyone's unique circumstances and I'm able to find positives in each. I'm also willing to provide a non-judgmental space for people who have topics to share about which few, of any, other people know about. My friendly and caring demeanor offers a therapeutic experience that invites my clientele to share if they feel the need to do so.

Victims of trauma, domestic violence, sexual trauma, teen issues, gender and sex change issues, and parenting struggles
