Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based Baltimore Maryland. I received my Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I went on to earn my Certification in Applied Psychology through the University of Baltimore. I have been practicing for 6 years. I also specialize in Forensic Counseling and have Case Management experience helping clients navigate community resources . I enjoy helping clients identify their strengths and talents, barriers to success and self worth to reach their full potential.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of brief introductions. I will also answer any questions you may have about the counseling process . We will discuss what brought you to counseling, your expectations of counseling, symptoms , and stressors. We will then discuss your yours goals and treatment preferences. This will help me to develop a specialized treatment plan of care.

I am competent in a variety of treatment modalities to help those who are struggling and feeling stuck. My strengths as a provider consists of treating all clients with unconditional positive regard, and being respectful and attentive of each client's process.

Therapy focuses on the importance of belonging and connectedness through acceptance, attention and support to overcome feelings of inferiority that may stem from early childhood experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Therapy focuses on behavioral strategies and techniques to alleviate depressive symptoms and anxiety by identifying automatic negative thoughts, impulses and cognitive distortions.
