My name is Jayson, and as a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I believe in the power of building a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients. Together, we will work towards gaining insight, discovering new perspectives, and developing effective coping strategies to navigate life's challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, you can expect a warm and therapeutic environment along with unwavering support throughout our time together. We will collaborate on all aspects of treatment and review/develop goals for our sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have experience in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. By utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, we can work towards creating meaningful and lasting change in your life. I am committed to providing a warm and empathetic environment where you can freely express yourself. Your confidentiality and privacy are of utmost importance.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

First and foremost, I ensure a strong therapeutic alliance by establishing trust and rapport with my clients. I make them feel comfortable and safe, emphasizing the importance of our collaborative effort in their healing process. We explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors along with trying to understand the basis of perceived struggles.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

By creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where the client feels safe to express themselves we become free to show our thoughts/understanding.
