Hello, I'm Dr. Campbell, Do you feel out of sorts lately, too much going on and you can’t seem to focus on minor tasks? Are you wanting some assistance in reorganizing your priorities and help you to think more clearly? Together, we can identify what's already working, what’s not working, and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to help you develop and build on your strengths so you start feeling like you again. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect to walk away with a sense of “Feeling heard, listened to and understood.” You will walk away feeling like you can accomplish things with renewed motivation and have a better outlook on life. Clients will experience a sense of new HOPE and feeling like: “It could be worst and it’s NOT.” Clients may experience a rebirth of new ideas and new ways to look at things, relationships, ideologies, and so forth.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (unraveling cognitive distortions, identify problems and build awareness of your negative thoughts and behavior, recognize your thoughts are opinions and be able to distinguish between facts and irrational thoughts, consciously challenge and reframe dysfunctional assumptions, set achievable goals, etc.). Solution Focused Therapy (help you change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems). Family Systems Therapy (Develop and maintain healthy boundaries. Facilitate cohesion and communication. Promote problem-solving by a better understanding of family dynamics.)

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my best strengths are my ability to build good rapport with clients, build on their strengths, provide unconditional positive regard and help the client to reclaim their confidence.
