What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session together will include a psychosocial assessment to determine your needs and goals, as well as a bit of history and patterns you have developed.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My treatment methods are tailored to your particular needs. I use a collaborative, strengths based approach including CBT, psychodynamic, DBT, etc. I incorporate ways you can use your support system, community resources, and coping skills to change and improve the life you envision.

Having overcome life changing issues of my own, my personal and professional background have given me the resources to help clients do the same. My passion to help others realize their potential, prompted me to empower myself through education and training. I hope to assist you in living a purposeful and meaningful life.
