Whether there has been a significant loss, a life transition, relational conflict, or daily stressors, we all need support during difficult times. Sometimes, however, a trained professional can help navigate these challenges and assist in facilitating positive change. We aren’t always able to recognize the underlying cause of our discomfort or find ways to overcome life’s challenges. In a therapeutic setting, we will work together to discover healthier ways for you to deal with life’s struggles, make desired changes, improve relationships, and find inner healing. Seeking therapy can be viewed as an investment in yourself. Improving mental and emotional health is as important as one’s physical health. My role is to provide a safe space and come alongside you on your journey. I work with adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. I treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, (PTSD), relationship issues, parenting, behavioral concerns, and many other problems affecting how we feel and operate in the world.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our sessions together, you can expect a safe, open, and non-judgmental atmosphere. You will gain a deeper understanding of what you are struggling with and knowledge of how you can make changes that will lead to improvement in your well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In the past 25 years of experience, my focus has been to enhance emotional wellness and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives. I will be honored to offer a safe space for you to heal and grow.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Eclectic therapy, also know as "multi-modal", is a form of psychotherapy that adapts to the unique needs of each individual, depending on the problem, the treatment goals, and a person’s expectations and motivation. An eclectic approach draws from a variety of disciplines and may use a range of proven methods to determine the best combination of therapeutic tools to help a patient. In effect, an eclectic approach customizes the therapeutic process for each individual by using whatever form of treatment, or combination of treatments, has been shown to be most effective for a particular problem.
