What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will spend some time in allowing you to get to know about my background and approach. Secondly we will spend time gathering information on you in order to provide a thorough assessment to enable an individually tailored approach. You will be given some tools to take away for use until our next session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my biggest strength is the ability to relate to people of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions and backgrounds. Each of those things contribute to who you are as an individual and it is important to examine those contributions. Despite differences I believe most of us have some very strong commonalities.
