I am an Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in the Orlando area for over 10 years. My approach is supportive, compassionate, and empathetic. I am from Hungary and have completed all my higher-level education in Florida. I specialize in individual counseling for adolescents and adults in my own private practice. In my leisure time, I am passionate about helping / rescuing dogs, soccer, zumba, and Formula 1.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal is to help clients feel better by improving their mental health and overall wellness. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field including helping clients who struggle with low self-esteem, identity issues, cultural concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, criminal history, life changes, relationship, and adjustment issues. Our first session involves getting to know each other and focusing on the presenting problem.
