Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based approach I use to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. I tailor CBT techniques to each individual's needs, incorporating behavioral activation, cognitive restructuring, and problem-solving skills to foster long-term change.
