Do you find yourself feeling run down by the complexities of life and relationships? We all have stories and experiences that have shaped us into the people we are today. I specialize in treating clients who are experiencing relational issues, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and other phase of life adjustments through evidence-based experiential and person-centered therapy methods. As your therapist, I am committed to helping you live a life that recognizes disappointments while simultaneously empowering you with ways to continue growth through those disappointments or failed expectations. I prioritize connection and trust so that each client feels respected and understood. It’s important to me that my clients develop their own perceptions, values, and beliefs so that any change that occurs will a representation of their own personal growth. I look forward to connecting with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be a brief introduction followed by getting to know more about your presenting concerns and what you are hoping to work on in therapy. We also discuss plans for future sessions and determine the frequency of meeting.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a marriage and family therapist, I have been trained to understand the complexities of relationships and relationship systems. With my training, I am able to take an extensive look at factors such as family of origin, generational trauma, environmental and external circumstances that have influenced how we interact with others. I am able to provide insight about how our brain and body work together and provide insight into what happens when our brain and/or body experiences stress/chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, and other common mental health disorders whether that be from one experience or multiple experiences in a way that is personalized to your specific life circumstances.
