Hello, I’m Jessi. The world can be an overwhelming place. Between doing normal daily tasks to attempting to reach your goal and dreams, it may seem too exhausting or daunting. When navigating your life you do not have to do it alone or without help. That is where I can step in and help guide you. Imagine me as your co-pilot on this journey. I truly believe you are an expert of yourself. Even experts can use assistance. I work with clients by incorporating evidence-based modalities in therapeutic counseling, yoga, meditation, and creative mindfulness to create a compassionate and secure space where you are able to flourish in your journey toward self-realization and authenticity.

I want to know how I may help you get to where you want to go. As we progress in our sessions, depending on how you feel we may use creative approaches such as art, meditation, and somatic approaches to help get to the root of your struggles.

My biggest strength is providing empathy, a listening ear, compassion. I am a big advocate of allow space for people who do not feel seen or heard, which is majority of my clients biggest complaints. This can causes so much anguish. I help those who feel invisible find strength and worth; I help those who feel unheard find their voice.
