Hello, My name is Jennifer (but most people call me Jen). I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a second master’s degree in forensic psychology. I have been working as a therapist since 2012. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and in a group dynamic and can work with all age ranges from 6 years old on up. I can work with any mental health or mood disorder and specialize in processing trauma. A little of my background is I grew up on military bases since my dad worked in the Air Force where he retired. I have moved around quite a bit, so I am familiar with having to start over. I attended three different high schools before graduating and even though it was a struggle to pick up and move often, I am currently finding myself interested in traveling.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the initial session, we can explore your background with as little or as much information as you willing to share. This is more of a meet and greet and information gathering. We will also explore goals that will give us the direction of where the sessions will take us.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, after working in the field for over 10 years, I have found that I can successfully partner with a range of people stemming from children as young as 6 years old, conduct individual therapy, work with couples and families.
