Are you ready to be your best self? Hi! I'm Andraya and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in southern California. For nearly 20 years, I have worked with young adults who have experienced trauma. My passion is working with individuals, especially young people and transition-age youth, to help them heal and find their purpose. I use a variety of approaches and interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, problem-solving, stress management and self-care, mindfulness, and conversation to assist you with managing and overcoming trauma-related stress, anxiety, and depression. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space and view our therapeutic relationship as collaborative.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with introductions, so you can determine if I'm the right fit. We'll also review confidentiality, your expectations from me and therapy, my expectations of your participation in treatment, and when/how you can reach me outside of weekly sessions. We'll also discuss in detail what brings you to therapy and your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I use a person-centered approach that meets each individual where they are. I have helped many young adults work through trauma-related stress, anxiety, and depression so they can focus on their goals and gain clarity in their purpose.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young people who are transitioning into the next stage of their lives: adulthood. Changes and transitions can be challenging and rewarding and I love serving in a role that can support someone navigating these next steps.
