We might explore how their current life choices align with their core values and how they can make more authentic decisions. he focus is on empowering clients to live more fully and authentically, making choices that reflect their true selves and aspirations.

Psychodynamic

In practice, I use psychodynamic therapy by helping clients gain insight into how their past experiences and unconscious conflicts are impacting their current relationships, behaviors, and emotional states. This often involves exploring significant childhood experiences, attachment patterns, and recurring themes or conflicts in the client's life. Solution Focused Brief Treatment
