Hi there, so glad you're here! I most often work with clients who are looking to improve their self-esteem, manage daily stress, work on communication, learn to set boundaries, and who are experiencing life transitions. I am a clinical social worker, licensed both in Wisconsin and Illinois, and I have been practicing for 9 years now.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will begin to get to know each other. We will discuss why you are interested in therapy at this time, and go over what has gotten you to this point. I'll also gather background information- think along the lines of your work, family, friends, any recent life changes or major milestones you have faced- and I'll be able to answer any questions you may have! At the end of the appointment we can decide if we want to schedule a follow up and start working together towards your goals!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love working together with my clients to improve their whole self. I am here to provide support, guidance, and education to help you reach your goals and see the changes you want.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an education based approach that can be utilized to understand why anxiety happens and how to gain control over it. CBT combines new knowledge and skills as a way to manage symptoms.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy is a way to take a look at all of the traits you already possess and translate them into ways to better support yourself. The use of this intentional method focuses on the positive instead of negative while looking to self-improve.
