My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've found CBT to be a powerful approach that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns. In my practice, I apply CBT techniques to help clients recognize and change detrimental thought processes, fostering healthier behaviors and coping mechanisms. It empowers individuals to take an active role in managing their mental well-being.
