Starting this therapeutic process can bring about a mix of emotions, ranging from excitement to feelings of unease and ambivalence. However you show up, I will welcome you into a warm supportive space where we can get to know each other and collaboratively develop a plan for healing. Compassion and curiosity are the guiding forces in my therapeutic approach. I strive to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to express themselves freely and authentically
I love collaborating with clients and am guided by a strengths-based approach. I use humor, curiosity, creativity and intuition to help my clients develop greater self awareness and self compassion.
Extensive clinical experience and advanced training in trauma therapy have allowed me to work effectively with individuals struggling with complex trauma. While trauma is one of my specialties, I am excited to work with clients, who are ready to discover new information, perspectives and skills that can be readily applied in everyday life.
