Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I originally received my Masters degree from the University of Warsaw in 1989 and later completed and obtained credentials in the USA by the Council On Social Work Education (CSWE) in 2009. I have been practicing and helping clients for 30+ years. I am passionate in helping clients improve life quality, feel better mentally and emotionally, and succeed in daily life.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT aims to help you identify and explore the ways your emotions and thoughts can affect your actions. Once you notice these patterns, you can begin learning how to change your behaviors and develop new coping strategies. CBT addresses the here and now, and focuses less on the past.
