I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I’ve been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for 17 years. I received my Masters degree in Mental Health from Lindsey Wilson College in 2004. My primary specialty is working with adults struggling with life transitions. I also address anxiety, mood disorders that may result from life’s difficulties. I offer a warm, caring environment to work through symptoms and or stressors.

I like to get to know you so I can fully understand your reasons for seeking extra support. We will also review intake information and discuss any previous therapy completed. We will discuss expectations of therapy and informed consent.
