Hi ! I received my Master's in counseling two years ago, and have experienced working with a wide range of individuals who struggle with every day life stressors, Anxiety/Depression, PTSD, and childhood trauma. I utilize a wide range of modalities, tailored to fit the individual’s needs, including mindfulness and person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), goal setting as well as trauma-focused work. I encourage a collaborative approach to best suit you I help individuals find themselves and live the life they truly want and deserve!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect to enter a warm and judgment free environment where they can feel at ease expressing themselves. Clients can also expect an introduction to therapy especially if it is their first time!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I gained experience providing therapy for individuals suffering from addiction, Depression/Anxiety, ADHD, attachment disorders, childhood trauma, personality disorders as well as everyday life stressors. As we enter different phases in our lives, it can be difficult to adjust, and this is where certain tools can be used to facilitate changes as smoothly as possible.
