I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety and coping with addictions, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared. I have worked with adults and adolescents throughout my career. I also am bilingual, I speak English and Spanish fluently. I am a more solution-focused style therapist, I believe in providing my clients with techniques and skills they could apply to reach their therapeutic goals. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage I am proud of you for getting started!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I try my best to create a treatment plan that is reasonable to accomplish and set goals based on the client's needs. I use different modalities of therapy depending on what suits the client. I always incorporate CBT and solution-focused techniques to help my clients with seeing progress within themselves.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in a wide range of areas within the population of teens and young adults. I also have a lot of experience with addiction and substance abuse.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
