Do you want to go to see a clear and distinct before and after therapy? Partnering with you to discover/rediscover your strengths is part of what we will do together. Life, at any age, can be challenged by anxiety, depression, changes, relationships, work/career issues, marital conflict, religious trauma, identity and more. Through inner exploration, removing the blockages that build up over time, we will work together to get you, your relationship, and areas of life... unstuck.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our sessions, we will have clear, distinct therapy goals established so that we both know what is being worked on. We can adjust goals, set realistic timelines, and build a true, trusting, therapy relationship. It is super important to ensure that growth and healing continue after therapy. We will build a great therapy toolbox developed to be used after therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a lot of different evidence-based practices and interventions, including, but not limited to, Transactional Analysis, Emotional regulation, CBT, mindfulness, and more. I work to get to know the person I am working with and tailor their treatment to their needs. I specialize in working with children, adults and couples.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are compassion, creativity and helping people feel valued. Our current society can cause us to feel pressured to present ourselves in a particular way, to be accepted. This can happen at any age. So, promoting self-worth, self-esteem and positive self-view is an important part of the process.
