These include Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) for goal setting, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for managing thoughts and emotions, Mindfulness for emotional balance, and assignments outside sessions to reinforce learning. Additionally, I emphasize psychoeducation to provide knowledge about mental health, reduce stigma, and empower clients. Emotion Regulation Skills are developed to handle tough emotions, identify triggers, and enhance resilience, while Positive Psychology Techniques foster optimism and highlight strengths and positive experiences.
