Hello, I'm Brittany Rice, A licensed Clinical Social Worker! Are you a person who is facing life challenges that are keeping you feeling like you are in a box alone? Are you struggling with being seen, heard, are validated? Are you struggling with identifying what steps to take to maneuver through this next phase in life? Look no more, I'm here to help cultivate a safe space where you can be your authentic self and develop into the person you are destined to be. I helped individuals find their voice and self-worth again. Together we can identify tools that will work to help manage your depression, grief, anxiety, or life transitions. In each session, I will provide compassion, empathy and evidenced-based techniques to help you break the barriers that have been holding you back from being you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In out first session, I will explain how I will support you through this journey and understand that this is a non-judgment safe space. I will learn your goals and desire in your therapeutic journey. We create a comfortable environment where you will feel heard, seen, and validated.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is empowering individuals to set strong boundaries and identifying their non-negotiables in life. These strategies allow people to accept themselves and stay true to who they are.
