Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Kentucky. I received my Masters from the Capella University of Minnesota and have been practicing for over 14 years. I enjoy working with adults struggling with relationships, mental health disorders and addiction. Life can place many stressors and challenges that are difficult to overcome. Life transitions is another area that I enjoy working with as well.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT has been around a long time but it works. There are newer therapies that are sometimes used but everything we feel starts with a thought. Those thoughts are presented in our feelings and actions. Often, our behaviors/actions lead us to feel a negative way or create consequences that are not conducive to the life we want to live. Working with clients to identify those thoughts and change them so that their outcomes look the way that they want them too.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution Focused is one of my favorite therapies to use because often times clients come to therapy because they have problems they cannot solve. Sometimes, they do not know how to find the solution but are desperately seeking it. My goal is to help them see the solution on their own, give advice on ways to find the solution and give the tools they need to implement it.
