Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been providing mental health treatment for 12 years.
Over the past 12 years as an LCSW I have built a strong and meaningful toolkit that I can use to help clients realize their full potential.
I have experience working with clients of all ages to manage major life transitions, move through traumatic stress, and build a toolkit of coping skills to manage day to day challenges.

In our first session together, we will introduce ourselves and talk about the challenges you are facing. We will work together to set goals and create a plan that will guide our future work.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be incredibly helpful for clients to begin to understand the ways their thoughts and feelings impact their actions. Together, we can build your toolkit of coping skills to help you restructure your maladaptive cognitions, improve your relaxation skills and become more mindful in your day to day journey through life.
Trauma-Informed Care
Whether we know it or not, many of us have experienced traumas that impact how we show up in the world. By utilizing trauma informed care, I ensure that my work with my clients is safe and affirming while acknowledging their unique lived experiences.
