My treatment methods

Supportive

My practice uses evidence-based knowledge and techniques to diagnose and treat patients with Mental Health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I use Medication together with supportive talk therapy. Individuals benefit from a comprehensive treatment plan that considers all mental health dimensions, addressing the psychological and biological factors contributing to their condition. This integrated approach of Using a combination of psychotherapy and Medication offers the best chance for long-term recovery, improved functioning, and overall well-being. The initial visit will focus on establishing a therapeutic relationship and trust. You will be heard, I will empathize, and your concerns will be discussed. At the end of the first session, you should feel emotionally safe, and treatment goals/plans will be formulated.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT/ talk therapy help patients become aware of inaccurate negative thinking so that challenging situations can be viewed more clearly and respond to in a more effective way.
