I offer individual counseling for teenagers and adults dealing with difficult life issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, as well as Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD. I help empower my clients to change their negative thinking patterns to a more positive, productive way of thinking to help them feel stronger, safer, happier and more confident. I offer a warm, safe, environment free of judgement and completely confidential. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session we will determine what challenges the client is facing and discuss different ways we can work on them together.

I have been able to connect with all types of people with all types of challenges and have been able to offer them support, encouragement, hope and faith that things will get better. I am able to give them insight into their issues and help them find ways they can change the things they can and courage to accept the things they cannot.
